It's very true, in good, bad, happy and tough times. ALONE is not the same as LONELY. Very different emotions, very different state.
We usually discover alone when we go through tough times. We need stillness, quiet, to be able to process and feel.
It's equally important to take the same time on good days. To shut out all the noise, clutter and chatter. Some call it meditation, some call it breathing.....
It's not just our phones and devices but our minds as well.
The point is to stop being 'busy" and just BE.....
