Golden Habits of 21 year old ideal guy
I am not 22-year-old, but **soon **after 1 year, 1 month and 5 days I will become the same old.
I consider myself as an ideal person. (According to me every person should consider himself/herself an ideal person that leads his/her life to the best)
I follow the given habits, I hope this habits would be useful to whoever who reads this answer.
These are 5 golden habits.
**1. Regularly following some good basics of your religion**
Yeah, it's important to keep yourself motivated, enriched with good thoughts and many other things that would drive your life to the best of it could be ever. It comes under the psychological aspect of your life, and for everyone in this world it's an important part of the life. You need to be psychologically fit to fight with expected-unexpected situations. I, whenever I wake up from the bed in the early morning, recite prayers for myself as well as for other living beings. I have been following this since last 15 years. It doesn't matter for me whether I am home or at hostel room or at friend's home or traveling to any place, no matter what condition I am in it's important for me to pray for the betterment of the living souls.
**2. Health is Wealth**
After psychological part eventually you need to bother about your body. Yeah, your body, your place, the only thing in the world you own in return of nothing, but it's more important than anything. Going to gym of course, a good thing to do, but it doesn't mean that you're healthy, fit person living life with best things, but it has many more aspects than you could ever imagine. I try to follow some basic things along with my regular gym schedule that not only keep me fit and good looking one (It means having a clear body, face) but also keeps me fresh throughout the day. As you see the progress of your health, the body you start realizing that how filthy scum you're before. My mom had inculcated this habit in me a long time before and I have been following her since then. So, if your health is at it's best you can do whatever you want to do. I was caught in an accident in the Scorpio which was hit by a truck perpendicularly. You can imagine the situation of getting yourself hit directly by the truck on the face/head. I was immediately taken to the hospital, I wasn't uncautious even for a second (which doesn't happen normally), the blood was coming as fast as it could, but even after this much of unfortunate I didn't need a bottle of blood. It happened due to the way I had kept my health before. And after 3 days, I was ready to do anything. (I traveled 1000 km after that)

**3. Respect your grandparents, parents and your siblings**
These people on the earth have put many things aside for you no matter what condition they had been in. Don't use any explicit word, don't even talk loudly with these people. This will only bring nothing, but the wrath of the karmas on you. You can only live better if you have good relation with your family, the rest can be seen later on. If you're an Indian, always bow to your parents, grandparents at least once in a day. Their blessings are more than anything.I need not say that I follow this rule, it's a must for everyone, even to my parents, you, your parents, your siblings.
**4. Keeping track of daily routine/activities**
It means keeping track of whatever you could do. I keep track of many things, yeah, many means really many that counts number of days I exercised, the number of times I did that '**manly**' thing, the number of movies (Hollywood, Bollywood) I watched, and many other activities you can keep track on. Keeping them tracked lets you know how much progress you're doing in your life. I don't mean that you should start measuring your days and compare them with each other, but to improve yourself at an every stage of the life. These things really help you to keep yourself hooked to important things, goals. Buy a personal calendar for this. I have been practicing this for last 1234 days, I hope you'd understand the way I typed this number rather than typing 3 years. Yeah, for me, it was 1234 days, not just 3 years.
**5. Respect the opposite gender, their opinions**
This is the most important thing when it comes to your social life. It's not about being feminist or masochist, but about being human.
**Disclaimer**: I am not an endorser of Salman Khan and his work, but some good habits.
You need to listen to people more than taking out words from your mouth. Listen more, and then speak.
Respecting doesn't mean that derating, it means that you're an ideal person to think otherwise and speak like a scum before anyone on anything.
I know these are more basic habits, but surely these are only good habits that would lift you to a higher position no matter where do you stand.
Best wishes.
