Hello all. Welcome to my first post. I've never done a blog post before, so allow me time for a learning curve.

So recently I decided I'd start talking about books. I wasn't sure how or why I wanted to do this, call it a creative outlet.

So here's what's going on in my world. I'm still writing the sequel for Victory Lane. These books are stand alones, but as with any series, it's always best to read them in order. I'm not sure about the title for this book yet, but hopefully a great name will come to be soon. This book is focusing on Jake and Mia, secondary characters from Victory Lane.

Books I've read recently--
First let me just say I loved the Lux Series by Jennifer L Armentrout, so recently I read Oblivion. Oblivion, the e-book, is the first three books from the hero's pov, Daemon. I loved it. There were many scenes that we've already read but from Daemon's pov, but there were also a lot of scenes we've never seen before. The fact is, these are books that I'd gladly read and reread, so I was totally thrilled to read this book.

Also, I'm in the middle of reading Corrupt by Penelope Douglas. These books are totally different, but I have lots of different genres that I love to read, so it's all good. So far, I'm loving Corrupt, but I'm finding it difficult to read when I'm trying to focus on finishing the first draft of my manuscript.

Well, if you haven't read Victory Lane yet, give it a try. VL is a story that is very near and dear to my heart.
