Hi!

Unfortunately life has a way of throwing obstacles in the way which often means things, such as writing, get shifted to the side while you concentrate on just getting through one day at a time.

These obstacles however are what make us stronger and on a occasion provide us with hope that was once lost and the fight to carry on. In my case, my experiences over the last few months has given me enough writing material for a lifetime! And as each day passes, I get stronger, find another piece of the person I once was. I will never be that person again but its nice to see glimpses because it gives me something to work with. It gives me light in what otherwise has been a very dark tunnel. But that will be a story for another day...

So...poor old Cassie has been asleep for a while but I'm pleased to say she is finally awakening. Progress is still currently slow...but there is progress and for me, at this point of my life, I will take anything I can get.

I can't guarantee a release date for this still unnamed title of the Broken series because life is still throwing those damn obstacles but along with Cassie, I am awakening too and am keen to bring to life the rest of her story.
