Writing is my Life

I have people ask me how it is I can write so many books a year and I promise you it’s not magic. It’s a mix of hard work, dedication and the fact that I can’t NOT write.

I have written most of my life. Even when I was very young. Books have always been magical to me and I love reading just as much as I love writing.

Writing is where I go for peace and contentment. It’s my addiction and sometimes my salvation. It’s my work and my hobby.

If I never published another book I would still write. I have more stories in my head than I could ever put to paper, but I endeavor to get them out and give them life.

I’ve seen people comment that I don’t write my own books and I have to laugh. Who do they think writes them? Because I assure you every single word in my books are mine alone.

Sandra I agree with Jennifer...Your stories are my cheapest vacations, I can travel anywhere in this world "or yours", in the comfort of my own home!!! And let me tell you, oh how amazing they are....They really drag you into their worlds, you become part of theirs(as the reader), you become this invicible character who is sitting in a corner of these magnificent places, enjoying how their "lifes" develope, and you just don't want it to end... Thank you for your amazing stories, for giving them life!!

Sandra, you took the words right out of my head! I agree with you completely, word for word. Who needs to spend thousands of dollars on a vacation when they could read one of Ms. Feehan's novels. Although, I will say, reading one of her novels while on a nice vacation would be awesome as well.
Oh, you guys get the point :)

Natalie Hi, I'm currently reading my way through three of your series - Dark Carpathians, Leopard People, and Drake Sisters - and think they are all extremely well written. Whenever I don't know what book to buy, I get the next in one of your series, because I know even if I have not met the protagonist previously I will love reading it. Whether I'm already emotionally invested in the character or not - which happens with every character met in a previous book - each novel draws you in, and makes you eager to find out what happens next. I have to force myself to put your books down to go to sleep, they're that addicting.

Jennifer beck so true you do fall in love with the character's and they are addicting that you can't get enough.

Janice I love my writing and I'm playing around with two "novels"...one, a fanzine-styled story with a character that has the secret ability to...jump in various favorite series...that I'm only writing for fun, and never will publish. The 2nd, with that same character and ONLY my own fellow characters...mostly Weres... set in a futuristic universe...on 3 different fictional planets.
