I agree that everything in this book is not applicable to all. However, the advice he gives and the lessons in general is meant to be applied to all.
I guess I have to read this book again, but that's how I took it. If you guys have direct quotes that say otherwise, then I'm all ears. However, this is the problem I have with book like this. They give you advice (which is fine), but they expect readers to have "faith" and follow through.
Maybe it's the fault of the reader to exercise discernment, but it wouldn't hurt if the author has a caveat that it depends on everyone's personal financial situation. But I guess if he did that, then the idea wouldn't come out with as much gusto to the reader.
