I study Tarot and Salamanders show up in the suit of wands. The page of wands, the knight of wands and the king of wands, so I believe the minor Arcana will definitely be involved. I believe that when Gran said the serpent coils around the tree, you know the hangman card portrays a man hanging from a tree? I believe Jack is the hangman and Matt might be the serpent trying to get to Jack. I also believe this is the way Matt attacks, by messing with everyone mentally and making them turn on themselves.
