Anna, I couldn't agree more. I read young adult books not only because I enjoy them, but also because I recommend them to teens and young adults from a variety of backgrounds. I am a traditionalist in that I read strictly boy meets girls, falls in love, etc. I loved this series and Sarah J Maas writing until Empire of Storms. It was so unexpected and graphic that I still haven't finished the book and cannot in good faith recommend this series due to content.
