I agree, it was just okay for me tho, the ending was just too predictable for me and the "plot twist" at the end didn't strike me as that surprising and it was kind of infuriating ngl. It was too cliche for me and I didn't feel any connection to any characters. I gave it 3.5/5 stars!
I agree, as person that cries easily the book did not make me cry. I feel that a thousand boy kisses by Tillie Cole was better than this book.
