ya i also thought that for until they said her name its just showing what Realm does from his perspective
I think the idea was definitely to create some sort of Deja Vu, but I agree and think that the idea was to show how Realm must be feeling. I think it worked though, so that we know that even though he has moved on to his next "job" he still remembers Sloane, and that she meant more to him.
