But if she dies after killing hitter, who would be around to enjoy the changes? If life resets upon her death, how do we know that everyone doesn't reset with her?
She pulled the trigger with the gun aimed right at Hitler's heart. Then she was killed and "darkness fell." Atkinson had also let us know earlier in the book that Ursual was a very good shot. I think we can understand that she did Hitler in.
