You always have such practical business tips for writers, Annette! You would be such a great speaker for author conferences.
I use Quick Books Online to generate and track invoices as well as for reconciliation and preparing tax remittances. I can only set it in one country and currency though, so do a manual invoice in Word as you suggest for out-of-country venues.

Quick Books does simplify things but your system sounds great! A lot of authors can write books but not keep the books. You're helping them out a lot!
