Have there been any updates? My son put this on his Christmas list as well!
Looks like nothing will be happening for this holiday season :(
Oh bummer! I actually hand bind my own books, would you ever consider putting the pdf file to purchase on Etsy?

No progress on a second printing run, but my dad did manage to find a couple more copies tucked away in storage. I'll be putting them up on eBay closer to Xmas time.

This is one of the only things that my son has asked for for the holidays this year. Have you already put the copies up on EBay?
