Crime is probably the only genre that I need some help with. I do enjoy a good crime novel but I feel I’m a bit out of touch…sure what it out there and what to read.
So thankyou Brenda for the invite and setting up this group for us. I’m thrilled and so looking forward to discovering new authors/books with you all :)

I read just about everything and I use exclamation marks liberally when typing!
Thanks Michael (Sir Sparkly Lips not the other Michael) for the invite! It's good to see you all here!

Check out the Author Spot, feel free to advertise your books in there, any new releases when they come out etc.
Hi all, it's me, Gina. Thanks for the invite! :)

Oh yeah I'm (hopefully if all the stars align) soon to be making a short film based on a very short crime story that I've written.

@ Toby..congrats on the short film...let us know if your stars align, we'd love to see it;)

Thanks for the invite!
My name is Shelleyrae and while I read practically anything I particularly enjoy crime/mystery/suspense/thrillers - anything from cozies featuring amateur sleuths, to psychological chillers and hard boiled detective novels (I own the entire Ed McBain 87th precinct series).
I have a book blog at http://www.bookdout.wordpress.com and usually review at least one book in the above genres a week.
I look forward to participating in this group!

Hey! Mickey J here. I love suspense/mystery books. Can't wait to join in.

Was almost exclusively mysteries for a while but now content to have a varied 'diet ' of reading

Welcome Heidi! Great to have another crime/thriller/mystery lover with us:)

PS I do watch NASCAR and like Marcus Ambrose (9) if that counts for anything. LOL

Welcome Karen, it's lovely to have you with us:) Haha!! Of course it does;P

Currently reading Blood Moon by Garry Disher. Just finished Robert Crais' first novel, definitely a favourite.
My only qualifications for this job are a love of reading and an addiction to Goodreads. So please feel free to participate in the discussions, as I‘ll always try to put in my ten cents worth!
PS: If you are to mention a book or author in your introduction, it would be appreciated if you could insert a link to the post so other members can view the book/author.
Happy Reading!
