Is it possible to have the temp cover on the ebook to be replaced with the same cover as the paperback?

We cannot do that.
If you provide an acceptable source for the final cover on ebook we can change it.

the cover on the ebook is a temporary covering showing the release date for 2025, I had the cover reveal yesterday but will not have an amazon listing for the book until March. I'm hoping it might be possible to simply delete the temp cover on the ebook edition so I can replace it with the same as the paperback?

We cannot use a paperback cover for an ebook.
