Update holding cover to actual cover - book on preorder > Likes and Comments

Hey there! My third book, The Minotaur and the Mage, is still pulling in with the temporary cover that was on Amazon before the real cover got added. Can this cover be updated? (This book comes out Dec 6th so it'd be great to get this fixed ahead of launch!)

Separately, it looks like the old version of the first book in the series, The Orc and the Innkeeper, is still the default version -- possible to change that so that again, the default version matches Amazon? Thank you so much!
