Yes I recently found this in an antique shop in a 1960's edition paired with several stories,including "The Little Man from Archangel".As you say, he wrote so many stories that one can continue to find new delights.
Hi, Nick... I just now read your comment... I like also what Simenon has to say about writing craft, always admonishing himself to "cut, cut, cut." He considered himself a pointillist, letting the readers connect things for themselves to form a complete picture... RS
