about the AI art - it's a little tricky to see, because some beginner artists also use brush techniques like that, but generally you can recognize it by how layered the image it (or is not, to be specific, because from what i've seen, different parts of the artwork blend into each other when it's AI generated). the shading also seems more artificial, even the outlines, that generally merge with the colors of the image. that's just from what i've noticed though and i hope that helps! i feel you 100% with not wanting to support authors using this.

Hey there! I don't normally jump on reviews, and usually stay far away from Goodreads in general, but I just happened to catch this. The images between the chapters are all stock photos with filters applied. All legit and paid for.

Oh bummer, but understandable if those kind of sex scenes aren't for you at all, they are really quite intense and I even had a little eye roll at the degrading dirty talking, it was a little over the top for me as it somehow didn't fit super well with the rest of the book. Well, at least you had a bit of fun despite it all.

oh no. I'm so sorry this wasn't for you. I loved the strong Daddy vibes here and if it's not too heavy I can deal with degradation. But it really depends.

i can do santa/satan but i’m with you on degradation kink. there’s a reason my fav is praise kink. degradation just gives me second hand embarrassment for the characters, and i’m not kink shaming, it’s just how i feel. which is why i actively avoid the trope if i can. sorry this was a bust! i don’t think the sex would be an issue for me. great review, drache!
