It should be on my profile: Sarah M. White
I don't think it's necessary to have a duplicate listing for hardcover/paperback, so the hardcover listing could be deleted. It doesn't have any reviews thus far.

The book is available in hardcover, paperback and Kindle. I'm not sure why you think a hardcover shouldn't be listed for readers.

I have moved it to your profile and combined it with the others. You might want to correct your name on Amazon as that's where the error originated.
