Claiming Author Profile (and updating) > Likes and Comments

I want to claim (and update) my author profile and join the Author Program--I have a new book coming out, Provenance of Ashes (April 3, publisher BlackRoseWriting), where I want to add the cover; also there is spam review up which I’d be grateful if it could be removed. I have two prior books published which are on Goodreads, but every time I submit trying to claim my profile the system rejects it. My first fiction novel is The Lord's Tusks (also published by BlackRoseWriting); the other book, The Business of Media Distribution (3 different editions, published by Taylor & Francis) is non-fiction. For The Lord's Tusks the name I use is "Jeffrey Ulin" while the Business of Media Distribution is under "Jeffrey C. Ulin". Also, the The Lord's Tusks is misspelled on Goodreads (missing last s). How do I edit my profile for Jeffrey Ulin, claim that author account, properly add my new book (ASIN: ‎ B0DSCKL6DK ISBN: 978-1-68513-583-6) and fix a misspelling? Really struggling, submitted a Contact Us request but have not had a response, and appreciate your guidance. THANK YOU. jeffulinauthor@gmail.com

You have claimed the profile so you should be able to fix the title. We can't do anything about reviews; if you think there is a problem you'll have to contact support.

Please also change your name to Jeffrey C. Ulin as it must match what is on your books. If you can't, ask support to do it.

Thank you- I cannot change my name because it kicks me out, saying I don't have librarian status. How do I reach support? When I have sent in a "Contact us" form I received no reply- and when I fill out the Join the Goodread's Author Program I get a message that my application has not been successful. Thank you for any help that you can offer
