It's unfortunate the there was some sort of a glitch with Amazon and you got the draft that I foolishly posted before the final version went up. It was something that I do when I set up the book for pre-order and then shift it to the final version before it goes live but I won't do it again. The version that received the 5-star award is now on kindle. My apologies.
