Combining editions > Likes and Comments

Hello there! I'm struggling to combine multiple editions for the same book:
Ebook - I Am My Own Guardian
Paperback & hardcover - I Am My Own Guardian. They simply don't show up as an option on my "combine editions" page. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
