This is Alan, 6 years later. I hope you are still doing well. It is my pleasure to tell you that I and a new co-author who is a speech professor at Penn State have just come out with a new updated edition for 2023 and beyond. And that the book has been voted by the Goodreads Community as the best book out there for learning Conversation Skills. Well it’s a year later and the most interesting thing that’s happening is that some foreign keynote speakers and consultants in other countries are writing me about putting out editions for their countries. Plus, I just found out that Amazon is publishing the book all on their own, without my permission (I own the publishing rights for the book in all countries outside of North America.). But Amazon is just publishing the book on their own as a paperback, a Kindle, an audiobook and an Audio CD. And not paying me any royalties for what look like their considerable sales! I’ll have to get in touch with them soon. They have a huge business, so they are taking lots of my sales away from me! Amazing too that McGraw-Hill, my publisher in the United States, is listed as their supplier! So they in on the scheme! It seems that all these places will do anything for money!

Amazon and McGraw-Hill have continued selling my book without my permission. I have been in touch with them about this, and it looks like they are going to come clean.. How much of the money they have taken from me, and how much I will be reimbursed has yet to be decided.. I have asked for $4,000,000, but I don’t know if I will get it. There is a law them to sell my books…that entitles me to 5 years worth of their earnings, so I may just have to settle for that. Really, it is unfair for therm to sell Kindles based on my book, ACAudios for $89 based on my work, and get to keep it all or half of it.
