It looks like this was actually added by the automated system 15 hours or so ago: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...Regarding the paperback and hardback; librarians need to be able to double-check all the details via an acceptable source before we can add a book, and it looks like it’s only the Kindle with a pre-order listing on Amazon at the moment. If you claim your author profile though, that will allow you to add any further editions yourself. (If you would rather have librarian help, you can just let me know here when there is a link to the other editions available, and I can certainly add them for you.)

Newly added books are searchable immediately by ISBN/ASIN, but it just takes a little longer for them to be searchable by title or author. It’s completely normal for this to happen, so please don’t worry; it should work okay soon.
Hi!It seems like the book has been added twice, since this: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2... and https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2... are the same book, but I can't claim "is this you?" on author on the first one, because I get the error "

What do I do to merge them without losing the people who checked that they want to read it?

Hello Scott, I was just typing a message to Hanna; looking at the changelog, the now merged edition was actually a Kindle edition that the author changed to ‘paperback’, so it looked like it was a duplicate, but it was just mislabelled. I need to go now, but can restore it later this evening? Might have to ask staff to correct the format though, given it’s a kindle edition.

You can edit the book and upload the cover.
I'm sorry if I've created more trouble for you! Even if they'll be different formats, will I be able to claim ownership of both? If there is anything I could do to help to make it easier, let me know!
I have restored the deleted edition, but it will require a staff member to correct the format back to Kindle. Please do not change the format, it must match the ISBN or ASIN. Incidentally, as the author you can add your own books.
Hello again Hanna, yes; both editions are on your page and combined together as one work, so they are both claimed by you.
