This original 2009 edition is out of print, but the revised 2023 edition, The Smoking Gun Sisterhood is in print, and available both as a print book and as an e-book (free on Kindle Unlimited).

Danielle, I really appreciate your thoughtful and honest review! I'm ashamed to say that until I read it, I'd never thought of the fact that having several negatively-depicted overweight characters might be offensive and even hurtful to readers with weight issues. (Ironically, I've been aware of that issue, and sensitive to it in my reading, as it applies to female characters; but I literally never considered it in relation to male characters.) Mea culpa! It was never my intention to suggest that weight issues are linked to moral failing, and I sincerely apologize for my insensitivity in that respect. Thank you for opening my eyes to this.
