Hi. I don't usually respond to reviews, but I saw this one go by, and just had to say this: You're right. Your review is insightful and full of care and I agree. I wrote this book in 2010 and would do so much differently now. Unfortunately, I don't own the rights and cannot make changes to the text, but please know that the me of today would not make the same choices. Thank you for the thoughtful and gentle way you expressed yourself.
