Can't Add my new book to my dashboard > Likes and Comments

please help.
I'm trying to add my new novel Shadows of Fog to my dashboard but i keep messing it up. there is currently a blank listing showing with no reviews but what SHOULD be there is this one --

can you please remove the blank listing that's on my dashboard now and add the correction listing in its place?

Scott, i just took a look and the ratings and reviews that were there are now gone. they are showing on the ebook but not the paperback. is there a way to connect the two so ratings/reviews show on the paperback as well?
