Update book cover > Likes and Comments

Need to update cover to revised version which can been seen on Amazon/KDP. I tried to update myself, but Goodreads says the cover was set by Goodreads and I needed to contact customer service, which is the librarians.

Done - we can now replace covers on Kindle editions but I created an alternate cover edition for the paperback.
