Max McKinnon Couldn’t agree more, particularly with point 1.

Point 2 I never made it that far, stopped reading after the mirroring chapter. But I can guess it gets worse. Haha.

Mihail Yonkov I think the manipulation aspect of this book is severely underrated and I wish more people understand that there is more in negotiations than just playing hardball.
