Thank you so much for this very thoughtful review, for the kind words, and the time you took to write it! It means a lot. I am actually working on a series of full-length fantasy novels, titled 'The Storm of the Fallen'. Before publishing those, I decided to try my hand at publishing a few pieces of shorter fiction that take place in the same secondary world (I call them 'Tales from the Storm of the Fallen'). 'As Long As Our Bones Lie Together', 'A Binding to Set You Free & Other Creepy Tales' and 'The Black Dust Rises' (the latter coming this October) are the first three (short) titles. Fun fact: Leira and Alshunor, the death binders from the story you particularly enjoyed, are actually viewpoint characters in the main novel series.
