You're spot on when you say you need more than 3 months to develop relationships where you live. Almost impossible when you're 9 time zones apart. Everyone who has lived outside knows this and so does Andrew. But what you miss is he is all about selling people on moving and using his services. He plays down, or ignores other problems also to create a false paradise so people will pay $25,000 35,000, or even 75, 000 for his help.
