Great review, do you have to read The Trade first? You have been reading some wonderful westerns, I am inspired as I really did enjoy Lonesome Dove and have not read a western since then.

I haven't read The Trade yet, so I'm going to say no to your question. I will go back and read it now since Doc was such an engaging character! I do enjoy westerns and they are all listed on my shelf called Western Fiction and Non-Fiction.
