They were mistakes that unfortunately slipped past multiple eyes during the editing stages. I assure you, it was not because of lack of care. It makes me insane that they exist. The mistakes will be fixed on reprints. I am sorry and hope they didn't pull you out of the story too much :(

Don't feel bad! You were smart to notice. I am sure it was confusing to read. Thanks for sticking with me :) I have sworn to myself that I am never going to write another book where characters have fake names again. It caused me so many problems LOL
