Hello everyone, I’m a minister in the north Cotswolds, England, and earlier this year I published my first book which is about the parables (Truth Missiles: The Explosive Parables of Jesus) - and for a first book I’m pretty happy about the reception so far! As a non-fiction Christian book it’s not about making money or achieving sales targets - although that helps you write again - it’s about building up knowledge in Jesus’ people, spreading the gospel and encouraging our brothers and sisters in Christ. It’s awesome when someone you never new from Canada calls you to tell you how valuable it was for their sermon series - for instance - or an American bookshop tells you what a blessing it was for someone who was new in the faith… all of which is to say I’ve really enjoyed writing a book and I hope to be able to work on another one soon.
