A Celebration of Poetry and Song - December 18 > Likes and Comments

Our December meeting will not be a book discussion but a celebration. Everyone is invited to share a song, poem, a brief passage from literature, a prayer, a work of art, or some source of inspiration. These may be items that you've created or that you've discovered and found meaningful. We will probably allow 3 minutes per person, or a page of poetry or written work. More details and clarifications later after our coordinating committee discusses this.

I am a poet and an artist and a crafter. due to poorer than average eye hand coordination I have had a longer journey to calling myself an artist. But all 3 feed my soul and are an important part of my spiritual path.

I would like to briefly read a very short poem and hold up to the screen for a second or two a couple of items I created.
