Book stats > Likes and Comments

Hello! The statistics on both of my books (Whispers of the Elderoak and Journey to the Elderoak) don't seem to be updating. While the reviews and ratings are moving just fine, the "to-read" and "currently reading" stats have stayed at the same numbers for weeks even though when I look at the graph/details it shows other people have added it. Not a huge deal, but it's something I like to track to see if my marketing is working. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you so much.
