Terrific review, Angela!
Sounds like it hit the spot at the right time, Angela. Sometimes these gentle ones are soothing when are lives are chaotic as well. Great review.
Lovely review, Angela. We can’t have a steady diet of heavy books- nice to find a lighter, thoughtful book for in between.
I always liked Elizabeth Berg. I may give this a try when it's published and I need something lighter.
Diane, definitely lighter , but there is also depiction of some serious topics - death, marital problems.
I'm reading now, just started. Happy you enjoyed it as I'm 25% in and feeling wrapped up in it already. E Berg never fails to tug at my heartstrings.
Nice review, Angela. I passed up the widget on this one because I found the Arthur Truluv book I read to be not quite what I wanted, but maybe I should have reconsidered.
Donna, thanks very much . I’m guessing that if Arthur Truluv was not for you this might not be either. The stories are similar in nature and characterization.
