Linking editions under two slightly different pen names. > Likes and Comments

I have recently republished a series that was previously published under the name Rachel Lacey and now has the slightly different pen name R.S. Lacey. Can you please link the editions listed below (with both pen names attached) and set the new R.S. Lacey version as the default edition? (the older versions are no longer on sale.)
