Hi, I have an author account here (Andy Polaine), but the second edition of out book Service Design: From Insight to Implementation has been attributed to Dr Andy Polaine so I can't claim the authorship. Is it possible to edit this? (I am in fact Dr Andy Polaine, but I don't use the PhD in my author name.
