I’ve read this one twice. It’s my favorite of the Bachman books.

I've just read it and long story short I personally thought it was one of his best books

I listened to this on audiobooks but also read it and it was a great immersive way to experience this book!

it's sad when a disturbing dystopian book gives you joy while reading...this is my third time reading it ..I did a reread before watching the movie...I loved the changes they did in the film, but the book will always be better

I read this one a while ago in the Bachman omnibus, and I loved it! I haven’t seen the new movie yet, but I’m excited to.

I‘ve read this one like 2 or 3 months ago after discovering the movie‘s trailer while working at the movie theater in my hometown. I have never been a reader but I thought that reading the long walk might be a great start. Since finishing it (and I loved it so much) I started my goal of not only getting into all of the stuff king has ever touched, but also of discovering the world of reading aswell. I will never forget the Long Walk man

It’s been years since I read that one. I gave it five stars when I did and still remember parts of it vividly. Maybe its time for a re-read especially since there is a movie, which I didn’t know…

Looking forward to this re-read. It's been a while. I'm also interested in the up-coming movie!

Small spoilers!!
I wonder what peoples opinion is on the ending especially compared to the movie, I bought this book at a fleamarket and the woman immediately told me how she thought the ending sucked (before I even paid lol) I think the books ending is really good, beter than the movie, but that’s mostly because it fits my reading of the book, I wonder what exactly people (probably the majority) don’t like about the ending and why they find the movie better
