Great to see another reader of Vollman's works, because by coincidence I am reading his Poor People at the moment.
Vollmann is one of my absolute favorites. He’s got a hardcore group of readers/fans for sure. I recently visited the MEP in Paris and they were exhibiting some Edward Weston photos, and today I think exploring Weston’s photos put me in the mood to closely examine his books Shadows of Love and Shadows of Loneliness. Also, I need to get back to my Vollmann shelf and finally finish RU&RD.

I can't comprehend what he has accomplished in fiction and non-fiction, and I didn't even know he was an artist as well.
