Congratulations on your enjoyable reading year! I'd never heard of Letterboxd until your commentary. I'll have to check it out!!
I always love coming across your reviews. There are a few in your list that I hope to try soon, but more importantly, I am inspired by the positive spin you put on reading less. Here's to savouring the moments as they come!
Yay to not forcing yourself to read! It will allow you to enjoy it more when you do feel more up to it. I do not have a Letterboxd but if you'd be so inclined, what were some top watches of the year? I have been disappointed by movies and decided to rewatch Ted Lasso to end off my year.
Wishing you all the best for 2026! I wish this app was better but I hope to see your updates when I do come on here.
Getting through all of Jane Austen is above and beyond. I'm just happy to have made it through Pride (above) and Prejudice (beyond)! Carry on with the good work and the fun reviews!

Far too kind, Lisa. Thanks for being such a positive presence!

Oh that's a good question! No TV, but I enjoyed the following films a lot:
- Hamnet
- Train Dreams
- Fanny and Alexander (despite what I just said, the TV version)
- Land of Silence and Darkness
- The Sting
- A Few Good Men
- Pather Panchali
- The Wind Rises
Anything on your own?

Likewise David, thanks so much!
