Update my books (two need updated) > Likes and Comments

Two of my books are award winners. The covers were supposed to have been updated the other day, but still aren't And I can't edit anything! This is a frustrating site as I've been going in circles for days for simple edits I can do in 10 minutes!
1) How do I get my covers updated (that I sent links to for the awards, and sent in the updated covers as requested)?, and
2) How do I get my book descriptions changed? IE: for Book 1, The Secret, it should be the following:

You can update your descriptions, but I have done this one. We do not put blurbs in the description nor a shouty award. There is an awards field for adding those.
