Many thanks for your kind words, Katie. In the sequel you'll learn more about the novel's secondary characters, and the true reason why Titus (Hanna's father) wanted the library kept secret.
Thank you for promising a sequel. I was captivated by the stories of Claire and Hanna, but I was left hanging with many unanswered questions at the end.

There's much more to tell about Claire's and Hanna's story. The sequel will be out next year.
So glad there is going to be a sequel, I enjoyed the book up to the end as I felt that the book ended prematurely and without resolution to the storylines that started, the ending felt like it was more the middle of the story not the end and feel like the beginning of the book spent so much time building up storylines that go nowhere in this book

My apologies, Alisha! Hopefully you'll find the sequel completes all the storylines to your satisfaction. I'm fast at work on the sequel now.

I'm working on the sequel now, Cynthia. Apologies for the delay: my publisher wanted a new stand alone novel first: The Museum of Lost Dreams, which will arrive in June 2026.
The sequel to The Secret Library of Hanna Reeves will be released in 2027.
