Don Locke Hello,

I'm approaching the final editing phase of my latest book. "The Life and Times of Femi Yukimo" is a supernatural mystery with science fiction elements. Sitting at just over 30k words, it is more a novella. Early feedback from a half dozen or so readers is that the concept is really interesting and original. Here is the likely back of book blurb:

"One day Femi woke up dead, and in of all places, Purgatory. How could this happen? Surely it was not meant to be this way? Yet here she waits, wallowing in the mystery of her own murder.
With the aid of Gabriel, her unconventional guide to the afterlife, she must confront everyone she ever met as all their deepest secrets are laid bare. There is no place for the truth to hide in the hereafter and Femi must decide whether those she reacquaints with are worthy of joining her in eternity. Everything depends on what secrets they hold and whether they had anything to do with her untimely demise. All will be revealed."

Ideally, I would like to publish in March 2026 but before doing so I would really appreciate feedback from any willing ARC readers. Please let me know if you would be interested in receiving an advanced copy. (Which I can send in epub format.)
