That's exactly what I was going for after the emotional roller coaster of the prior Spellcaster duology set before. I called this a "palate cleanser" for returning readers and a lighter introduction for new.

And I'm laughing that you said "vanilla" because when readers ask about my spice level when I'm on TikTok live I say that I'm pretty tame and "vanilla spice." LOL

Thanks Nikki. You never know how people will judge sex scenes because one persons “vanilla” might be a Hot Ones “Da Bomb Beyond Insanity” level of spice for someone else. What helps is that I enjoy all spice levels and vanilla is one of my favourite flavours especially when it’s done right 😉
