M. Boudreaux Thank you so much for taking the time to read *The Kettle* and leave such a detailed, honest review. I genuinely appreciate you pointing out what worked for you and where the story fell short.

You were also absolutely right about a few of those editing issues. I went back through the book and realized I had missed some things during the final edit, including details that should have been caught before publication. Those have since been corrected and the book has been updated.

I especially appreciate the specific feedback about the ending and wanting more resolution. That kind of feedback is incredibly useful to me as a writer. And I have to admit, Marcus becoming a tree-controlled serial killer with memory loss made me laugh.
