Thanks, Pseudo. I have a library card for a large adjacent county with a HUGE online selection -- 10 times that of my little county -- so I'm never at a loss for ebooks at my fingertips. I'm loving the digital age!
The library in my town is part of a consortium of over 100 library districts, so it has a lot of books available, but sadly some of them are books other people including small children like and I don't Not fair.

That's great! But, yes, not fair. I am rarely interested in popular books. I once tried a John Grisham book to see what all the fuss was about... and went, Meh. All technique and no depth. Don't get me wrong -- I'm not smug. I sometimes read True Crime. But, still, the books have to be good.
We have a Link+ system that pulls books from libraries across the state, including universities. That helps when I'm seeking some obscure Russian author.
