I am based in yet another country, an I am using amazon's services (audible and kindle books) from both amazon.US and amazon.DE > the content available from both sites is different (I am talking again only about kindle e-books and audiobooks). The solution is to (temporarily) change the country, then shop. For e-content, the delivery address doesn't matter anyways. Ot just create two separate accounts.
... but I don't know why (foreign counties / licenses of sorts is my unproven suggestion.
