Could be due to geo-restrictions. The first book in the series actually had a local publisher, but the imprint folded (Pier 9, owned by Murdoch Books). Thus if there are print editions of Book 2 and 3 here in Australia, they're likely imports. And if the books haven't sold local/Commonwealth rights, the eBooks aren't available for purchase - which is why they don't show up on Amazon (unless you have a direct link, but you won't be able to purchase them).
